Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time

As we are a small team our processing times fluctuate. We aim to ship within 7 working days of receipt of the order. Any 3D printed items may take longer, but we will keep you updated throughout.

UK Shipping

Our shipping costs will be automatically added at check out. Labcrafter uses Royal Mail and DPD services for UK shipments.

You will be provided with a tracking number after despatch of the goods. LabCrafter will share your email address with Royal Mail or DPD for tracking and re-delivery purposes.

EU Shipping

LabCrafter uses DHL Express and Royal Mail International Tracked for EU Shipping. We have a flat rate delivery charge of £25 for DHL Express, and £12.50 with Royal Mail International Standard Tracked. Please contact us if you wish to discuss other options. 

All orders sent outside of the UK are shipped on a DAP (Duties At Place) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty and taxes which are charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot offer any refunds due to unexpected charges applied locally. Please contact us if you'd like to have an estimate of these charges.

We are required to include a commercial invoice with all shipments leaving the UK. We will never falsely report the value or contents of a shipment.

LabCrafter will share your email address with DHL or Royal Mail for tracking and re-delivery purposes.

Please note that we don’t deliver to PO Boxes.

Packaging

Our packaging is environmentally friendly. We use cardboard boxes, recycled tissue paper and biodegradable starch-based packing peanuts. We also try to re-use the packaging we receive from our suppliers as much as we can.
