Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you have received damaged, defective or missing products, we apologise in advance and ask you to please email us at info@labcrafter.co.uk. Please include your order confirmation number. We will replace any missing or faulty parts/products ASAP.

We do not accept returns for kits that have already been started (for example, where soldering or acrylic welding is required), but we are available for technical support. Please contact us as soon as possible if something doesn’t look right and include as much detail as possible, including photos of any solder joints or parts. Every little helps!

  1. For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to have received email confirmation from Labcrafter. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Please contact us within 14 days after delivery to return a product.
  3. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging, unless faulty.
  4. Please note that goods remain the customers responsibility until they reach our premises. Labcrafter cannot be held liable for return parcels being lost or damaged in transit.
  5. Refunds don't include delivery charges.
  6. Any refund will be given via the same means as was initially used to make the purchase. Please note it may take a few days for an issued refund to appear on your bank statement, due to procedures imposed by your bank/credit card issuer. 

Submitting a return/cancellation request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or click on Returns and cancellations under Quick Links at the bottom of each page, and then request a return.

  1. Signing in to your account:
    • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

You can use the same process for canceling unfulfilled items.
